Prices and payment
All prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. Full payment is taken when you book. Private classes for 2–6 guests cost the regular per-person price × (guests + 1); a group of 7 is private at the regular rate.
Cancellation
Cancel up to 7 days before your class for a full refund. After that, no refund is given. If we have to cancel, we offer a full refund or a new date.
Dietary requests
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book. Ramen & Gyoza can be made vegetarian. We give gluten-free ingredient notes for each class. Halal menus are available for private bookings only. We confirm what we can prepare before your class; a note on the booking is not a guarantee.
On the day
Please arrive on time; classes start together. From Market to Meal meets at the Hachikō statue in Shibuya.
料金とお支払い
料金はすべて日本円・税込です。お支払いはご予約時に全額いただきます。2〜6名の貸切は通常の1名料金 ×（人数＋1）、7名は通常料金で貸切となります。
キャンセル
クラスの7日前までのキャンセルは全額返金、それ以降は返金できません。スタジオ都合で中止する場合は、全額返金または別日程をご案内します。
食事のご要望
アレルギーや食事制限はご予約時にお知らせください。ラーメンと餃子はベジタリアン対応ができます。各クラスのグルテンを含む食材をご案内します。ハラール対応は貸切でのみ承ります。対応できる内容はクラス前に確認してご連絡します。予約時のメモだけでは対応を保証するものではありません。
当日
クラスは全員そろって始まりますので、時間どおりにお越しください。市場から食卓へは渋谷駅ハチ公像前に集合します。
